目的:建立蒙药壮西六味散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,应用Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-甲醇-0.01%磷酸水(50∶8∶42)为流动相;流速0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长225 nm;柱温25℃。结果:木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯分别在0.12~0.72μg,0.112 5~0.675 0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的平均回收率分别为99.10%,100.23%,RSD为1.69%,1.51%(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药壮西六味散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the content of lignocellulose lactone and dehydrovarixolide in Mongolian medicine Zhuangxi Liuwei San. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-methanol-0.01% phosphoric acid water 50:8:42 as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min- 1; detection wavelength 225 nm; column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The linear range of the peak area was within the ranges of 0.12 ~ 0.72μg and 0.212 5 ~ 0.675 0μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.10%, 100.23%, RSD 1.69%, 1.51% (n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good separation, and can be used for the determination of the content of lignocellulose lactone and dehydrovarixolide in Mongolian medicine.
