礼仪能够反映出我国以及民族的传统文化,是人类迈向文明社会的重要标志。针对酒店而言,礼仪能够反映出酒店的服务质量和管理水平。因而,重视酒店的服务礼仪培训对于酒店在未来的发展趋势具有关键性的决定意义。本文从现阶段酒店服务礼仪培训存在的质量问题进行研究分析,并且提出相应的改善对策措施。
Etiquette reflects the traditional culture of our country and our nation and is an important symbol of mankind’s progress towards a civilized society. For hotels, etiquette can reflect the hotel’s service quality and management level. Thus, paying attention to the hotel service etiquette training for the hotel in the future development trend is of decisive significance. This article from the present stage hotel service etiquette training quality problems to conduct research and analysis, and put forward corresponding measures to improve countermeasures.
