主要研究了宣木瓜(罗汉脐品种)不同部位(叶、茎、果)营养成分的动态变化。结果表明:宣木瓜不同部位的含水量变化具有明显共性:即随宣木瓜的生长发育,水分逐渐降低;宣木瓜不同部位的糖和蛋白质含量,随着生长发育过程逐渐降低。另外,活性物质齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量变化曲线极为相似。
Mainly studied the dynamic changes of nutrient components in different parts (leaf, stem, fruit) of Xuan papaya (Rohan umbilical variety). The results showed that the water content in different parts of Xuan papaya had obvious commonness: the water content gradually decreased with the growth and development of Xuan papaya; the content of sugar and protein in different parts of Xuan papaya decreased gradually with the growth and development. In addition, the active substances oleanolic acid and ursolic acid content curve is very similar.
