Multiple primary cancer (MPC) refers to the occurrence of two or more primary malignancies in the same patient at different sites or organs simultaneously or sequentially. Since the first International MPC Conference in 1973, the number of reports on MPC has gradually increased. In our study, 10 cases of MCC with surgical resection of liver cancer from 1982 to 1991 accounted for 1% of 996 cases of surgical resection of liver cancer in the same period. The report is as follows. Clinical data 10 cases of MPC were confirmed by pathology, including 8 males and 2 females, with an average age of 54.9 years. The average interval between two cancers was 3 years and 6 months. The average survival time was 5 years (see table).
