采用红外光谱技术探讨了抗重金属细菌NTG-01对针铁矿吸附Cu2+、Cd2+的影响。结果表明:①细菌细胞表面的游离羟基可以吸附Cu2+;②加入细菌以后促进了Cu2+与针铁矿表面游离羟基(-OH)反应,使Cd2+与其表面的水合羟基(-OH2)的反应加强。
The effect of anti-heavy metal bacteria NTG-01 on Cu2 + and Cd2 + adsorption on goethite was discussed by using infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that: (1) Cu2 + could be adsorbed on the free hydroxyls on bacterial cell surface; (2) the reaction of Cu2 + with free hydroxyl (-OH) on the surface of goethite was promoted after the addition of bacteria, and the reaction of Cd2 + with hydroxyl hydrate (-OH2) on the surface increased.
