随着我国加入世贸组织,我国的法律服务市场的大门也将向世界敞开。而直接肩负着法律人才培养任务的高等法学教育,将直接面临着世贸组织所规范的国际教育市场和国际法律服务市场的挑战。我国高等法学教育应从国际化、法律服务全球化的大背景出发,对我国的法学教育制度包括教育体制、人才目标、课程体系、教学方法等问题进行分析和探讨,以加入世贸组织为契机。坚持与时俱进,发展和完善我国的法学教育制度。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the door to China’s legal services market will also be open to the world. Higher legal education directly shouldering the task of legal personnel training will directly face the challenges of the international education market and the international legal services market regulated by the WTO. Based on the background of internationalization and globalization of legal services, China’s higher law education should analyze and discuss the legal education system in our country, including the education system, talents, curricula, teaching methods and so on, and take the opportunity of joining the WTO. Adhere to keeping pace with the times, develop and improve the legal education system in our country.
