论证了对供电企业绩效评价的不可比较和模糊性,提出了管理实践中对供电企业绩效评价的原则。将模糊集理论引入综合评价的过程,按照实际需求确立了各评语的隶属度函数。首次将Γ函数应用于供电企业的绩效评价,以此提出了一种对供电企业经营绩效的模糊综合评价方法,使得该方法在实际管理中对供电企业经营状况的评价具有可操作性且更加真实有效。
This paper demonstrates the incommensurability and fuzziness of performance evaluation of power supply enterprises and puts forward the principle of performance evaluation of power supply enterprises in management practice. The fuzzy set theory is introduced into the process of comprehensive evaluation, and the membership function of each comment is established according to the actual demand. For the first time, the Γ function is applied to the performance evaluation of power supply enterprises, so as to propose a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the performance of power supply enterprises. This method makes the evaluation of the operation conditions of power supply enterprises practical and more realistic effective.
