US2006251744-A1 extracts Ginkgo biloba leaves with aqueous acetone or aqueous alcohol solution at 40-100 DEG C, concentrates and separates the solvent, dilutes the concentrated extract with water, cools, removes the precipitate, extracts with methyl ethyl ketone or acetone, and concentrates. Dilution, filtration, addition of lead salt solution, extraction of the aqueous alcohol solution with heptane to further remove the alkyl phenolic compound, drying, addition of ethanol, filtration and drying.
