为提高TiO_2的光催化性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同Sm~(~(3+)),Ce~(3+)掺杂量,不同焙烧温度的TiO_2光催化剂,并对所制得的样品进行了系统的表征和光催化活性研究。SEM,XRD和FT-IR结果表明:所得粉体均为锐钛矿相纳米TiO2,稀土Sm~(3+),Ce~(3+)掺杂能细化晶粒,提高样品热稳定性;以孔雀石绿为目标降解物的光催化实验表明:400℃焙烧,当Sm~(3+),Ce~(3+)掺杂量为5%时其光催化活性最好,太阳光自然照射,常温常压下,加1mL 30%H_2O_2的氧化剂,降解6h降解率达到83%。
In order to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2, TiO_2 photocatalysts with different Sm ~ (3 +), Ce ~ (3 +) doping content and different calcination temperature were synthesized by sol-gel method. The samples were systematically characterized and studied for photocatalytic activity. The results of SEM, XRD and FT-IR show that the powders are anatase nano-TiO2. The rare earth Sm3 + and Ce3 + can refine the grains and improve the thermal stability of the samples. The photocatalytic activity of malachite green as the target degradation product showed that the photocatalytic activity was the best when the concentration of Sm 3+ and Ce 3+ was 400 ℃ and the natural sunlight , Under normal temperature and pressure, add 1mL 30% H_2O_2 oxidant, degradation 6h degradation rate of 83%.
