目的 :三种节育器放置 1年 ,比较其对妇女月经、节育功效。方法 :对Tcu2 0 0B、金属环和吉妮环三种宫内节育器放置 1年内情况进行比较。结果 :发现吉妮环放置 1年月经变化、出血、脱落、带器受孕率均明显低于其它宫内节育器。结论 :三种节育器以吉妮环副作用小 ,续存率最高 ,技术要求高 ;金属环出血不多 ,但易带器受孕 ,脱落率高 ;Tcu2 0 0B出血多 ,经期长
Objective: Three kinds of IUDs placed for 1 year, compared to women’s menstruation, birth control efficacy. Methods: Tcu2 0 0B, metal ring and Jean ring three intrauterine devices placed within 1 year compared. Results: It was found that Jean ring placed 1 year menstrual changes, bleeding, shedding, with the pregnancy rate were significantly lower than other IUDs. Conclusion: The three kinds of IUDs have the advantages of small annihilator annihilation, high survival rate, high technical requirements, small amount of metal ring bleeding, easy to conceive and high exfoliation rate, high Tcu200B bleeding and long menstruation
