标定是保证传感器测量精度的重要手段。这里针对离子浓度传感器(ISE)的两点标定法、多点分段标定法以及最终提出的最小二乘标定法进行了数学建模和标定误差分析。提出以标定误差最小的原则,作为标定方法的选择依据;以标定曲线的斜率来判断ISE的老化程度、且进行脸谱表情显示。经理论分析和实验证明,最小二乘标定法在这里提及方法中能到达标定误差最小。并且,该方法已经在具体的硬件平台实现。
Calibration is an important measure to ensure the accuracy of the sensor. Here for the ion concentration sensor (ISE) two-point calibration, multi-point calibration method and the final proposed least-squares calibration method for mathematical modeling and calibration error analysis. The principle of minimum calibration error is proposed as the basis of calibration method. The slope of calibration curve is used to judge the aging degree of ISE, and facial expressions are displayed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the least square calibration method can reach the minimum calibration error in the method mentioned here. And, this method has already been realized in the concrete hardware platform.
