目前世界范围内尚没有一个用来评价国家总体营养状况,而不单纯只是饥饿状况的全球营养指数。本文根据人类发展指数,在综合考虑营养状况3个指标(营养缺乏、营养过剩、粮食安全)的基础上,计算出了192个国家的全球营养指数以及世界范围内的全球营养指数。这是首次试图建立一个全世界的营养指数,有助于对全世界营养水平的基本了解,并可以帮助每个国家确定他们所需要解决的营养问题的优先次序,开展可持续的公共营养项目。但同时也存在一些局限性,尚需深入研究。
At present, there is not a global index of nutrition used to assess the overall nutritional status of the country, not just the state of hunger. Based on the Human Development Index (HDI), the global nutrition index for 192 countries and the global nutrition index for the world are calculated based on three indicators of nutrition (nutrient deficiency, overnutrition, food security). It is, for the first time, trying to establish a nutrition index around the world that will provide a basic understanding of the nutritional status of the world and help each country prioritize the nutritional issues that it needs to address and conduct sustainable public nutrition projects. However, there are some limitations at the same time, and further study is still needed.
