目的 探讨脑出血时脑小动脉平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α- SMA)表达与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术并结合计算机图像分析 ,检测人类高血压脑出血脑小动脉内 α- SMA的表达程度。结果 在脑出血组脑小动脉内 α- SMA的表达明显增加。结论 α- SMA的表达可作为血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)激活的标志 ,它的出现标志着 VSMC被激活并处于增殖 /分泌表型。
Objective To investigate the relationship between atherosclerosis and the expression of smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in cerebral arterioles during intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis were used to detect the expression of α-SMA in cerebral arterioles of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results The expression of a-SMA in cerebral arterioles increased significantly in ICH group. Conclusion The expression of α-SMA can be used as a marker for the activation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), and its appearance indicates that VSMC is activated and is in a proliferative / secretory phenotype.
