一、概述电缆的冷压连接是一项较为先进的工艺。在过去,电缆连接基本上都是采用锡焊焊接。这虽然满足运行要求,但焊接工艺存在着操作技术要求高,劳动条件差,不安全及接头允许短路温升较低等缺点。而冷压连接工艺具有工艺简单,性能稳定可靠,生产率高,劳动条件好,允许短路温升较高,节省有色金属等优点,特别对战时抢修电缆和实现船舶总段建造工艺具有重要意义。因此,近年来,许多国家都对电缆冷压连接工艺进行了研究,并越来越广泛地应用到生产中去。我国的造船工业,在十几年前就开始采用电缆冷压连接工艺,上海沪东造船厂1964年在120毫米~2以下的电缆上采用了这种工艺,取得
