LC1100电子韧铜是企业生产电子铜带的主要产品之一。该产品熔铸过程中采用了新工艺,利用紫铜旧料生产出高导电率的电子铜带产品。本文主要讨论了热处理过程中,带材的机械性能变化规律和微观组织的动态变化过程;冷变形过程中材料的组织、性能的变化规律,以及不同加工率对热处理后组织的影响。
LC1100 electronic tough copper is one of the main products of electronic copper belt. The product casting process using a new technology, the use of old copper materials to produce high conductivity of electronic copper products. In this paper, we mainly discuss the rule of the mechanical properties of the strip during the heat treatment and the dynamic change process of the microstructure; the change law of the microstructure and properties of the material during the cold deformation and the influence of different processing rates on the microstructure after heat treatment.
