随着我国科学技术的快速发展,我国的数控技术也得到了质的变化,并且,它也是当前我国机械自动化、信息化社会下的产物,因此,采取有效措施来提高我国数控技术就显得至关重要,因为只有这样才能够提高我国机械零件的精密度、合理性以及高效性等。本论文对数控机床的相关概念进行了分析,接下来,对数控机床的故障诊断进行了详细的剖析及对数控机床各个部分的故障分析及维修进行了介绍,最后对数控机床的保养和维护等方面进行详细的研究及分析,希望本论文的研究工作能够为我国数控机床的维修与维护方面的发展提供一点借鉴意义。
