通过访谈及文献检索筛选出城市轨道交通列车驾驶员的职业压力来源及其压力因素,并设计调查问卷。通过问卷调查得到对驾驶员影响较大的职业压力因素主要来自作业负荷、设备故障以及管理方式方面。基于调查结果,通过统计分析发现性别、年龄、工龄等变量是影响驾驶员职业压力感受度的重要因素。最后,基于以上分析针对影响力大的压力因素和不同驾驶员群体提出减缓职业压力的建议。 Through interviews and literature search, the source of occupational stress of urban rail transit train drivers and their stress factors were screened and questionnaires were designed. Occupational stress factors that have a great influence on the driver through questionnaire mainly come from workload, equipment failure and management methods. Based on the survey results, it is found through statistical analysis that variables such as gender, age and length of service are important factors affecting the driver’s occupational stress sensitivity. Finally, based on the above analysis, we put forward suggestions on alleviating occupational stress according to the influential stressors and different driver groups.
