<正> 蘑菇培养料二次后发酵技术的推广普及,对我国蘑菇生产的发展起了重要作用,但它发酵时间长、耗能多、劳动强度大.而应用增温发酵剂(上海农科院食用菌所提供)可直接上床发酵,不用能源加热,也不用翻堆,可达到与二次发酵法同样的优质培养料,为蘑菇高产栽培开辟了一条新途径.本文主要报道我们在西湖区周浦乡的应用试验结果.
