设计了一种应用于大功率电力电子设备的数据采集系统,该系统由测量元件、同步单元、采集单元和后处理单元4部分组成。其中,测量元件是与一次回路直接连接的高电压设备,用于将一次回路的高电压、大电流按比例变送为小模拟信号,根据不同需求,测量元件的设计和安装可按照接地支路的、不接地支路的电压测量和接地支路、不接地电支路的电流测量4种情况分别加以解决。同步、采集和后处理单元是位于地电位的微电子电路,用于实现模数转换、数据传输、滤波、消偏置等功能。本系统已经应用于中国电力科学研究院电力系统电力电子试验室的高压直流换流阀运行试验装置中,运行结果验证了系统的测量精度和可靠性。
A data acquisition system for high power electronic equipment is designed. The system consists of four components: measuring element, synchronization element, acquisition element and post-processing element. The measuring element is a high-voltage device directly connected with the primary circuit, which is used to transmit the high voltage and high current of the primary circuit in proportion to a small analog signal. According to the different requirements, the design and installation of the measuring element can be performed according to the grounding branch , Ungrounded branch voltage measurement and grounding branch, ungrounded electrical branch current measurement of four cases were resolved. Synchronization, acquisition and post-processing unit is located at the ground potential of the microelectronic circuits used to achieve analog-digital conversion, data transmission, filtering, de-biasing and other functions. The system has been applied to the operation test device of HVDC converter valve in power electronics laboratory of China Electric Power Research Institute. The running results verify the measurement accuracy and reliability of the system.
