目的 探讨实现消灭丝虫病的对策和措施。方法 采用针对消灭传染为主的群体防治策略,通过调查摸底,普查普治,复查复治、巩固防治成果,查治补漏,加强后期纵、横向监测。结果 经过多年防治全市微丝蚴感染率从防治前的 3.74%(4899/131113)降至0(0/16469),致倦库蚊自然感染率从 21.6%(166/767)降至 0(0/3706),人群抗体水平与非流行区相近。结论 全市丝虫病传播已被阻断,实现了消灭丝虫病的目标。
Objective To discuss the countermeasures and measures to eliminate filariasis. Methods The strategy of prevention and control of infection based groups was adopted. Through surveying thoroughly, general screening and reexamination, consolidating the results of prevention and treatment, investigating and treating traumatic leakage, and strengthening the longitudinal and transverse monitoring in the later period. The results showed that the natural infection rate of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus decreased from 21.6% (166/767) to 0 (0%) after many years of prevention and control of the city’s microfilariae infection rate from 3.74% (4899/131113) to 0 (0/16469) / 3706), the level of antibody in the population is similar to the non-endemic area. Conclusion The transmission of filariasis in the city has been blocked and the goal of eradicating filariasis has been achieved.
