小浪底工程所有泄洪、引水、灌溉建筑物均集中布置在左岸风雨沟内，其进水口位于风雨沟左侧。进水口高边坡岩层属软硬相间，局部节理密集且在坡面上呈现的软弱破碎带。根据边坡开挖过程、变形机理和稳定分析成果对边坡采取了系统砂浆锚杆、预应力锚索、混凝土护面、钢纤维混凝土、打排水孔等综合加固处理措施。经原型观测成果分析，特别是经1996年7月末至8月初的较大降雨过程，各项测值正常，无不利进水口边坡岩体稳定的异常征兆。 Xiaolangdi all flood discharge projects, diversion, irrigation structures are concentrated in the left bank storm drains, the inlet located in the storm on the left.
