例1,冯××,男,19岁,病历号64905.用铁锤砸水泥板时不慎被飞起的异物击伤左眼,4天后来院.检查:左眼视力0.8.混合充血.6点经线角膜偏下方可见4mm大小穿通性闭合伤口.前房正常深度,房水闪光(+).瞳孔5mm大小,晶体后囊呈放射状混浊.眼压T_n.诊断:左眼球穿通伤,眼内异物,外伤性白内障.CT扫描,左眼可见一高密度阴影(金属).为确定是否磁性异物,在彩色多普勒荧光屏监视下用YKZ—35型眼用手持电磁吸铁器作磁感应试验阳性,局麻下手术,成功地取出约4×2mm眼内铁质异物.
