目的:探讨餐饮具消毒调查报告特点。方法:本次研究选择2012年4月中旬-6月下旬,疾病预防控制中心对我市辖区内的36个饮食服务单位进行消毒效果监测的相关资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:本次检测共采样365份,合格289份,合格率为79.18%。结论:为了更有效地做好餐饮具消毒工作,卫生主管部门应加大卫生宣传力度,加强监测、监督管理,以提高全市整体饮食服务行业的卫生意识及卫生法规观念,使四平市餐饮具消毒工作再上一个新台阶。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of tableware disinfection survey. Methods: The study selected mid-April 2012 - late June, the CDC 36 cities in the area of ?? food service units to monitor the disinfection effect of relevant information, a retrospective analysis.
