温度传感器和微机在机床热变形测试中的应用

在机床热变形测试中,我们曾用热电偶与微机连接来测量温度值,在测试技术方面得了一些进展。但由于热电偶输出信号小,微机打印的温度值波动大,而且热电偶制作较难,使测试带来了困难。现用温度传感器代替热电偶,通过放大和切换线路,把信号送入微机,再由微机打印出温度值并进行数据处理,使测试取得了很好的效果,重复性好,误差小于0.2℃。微机除了打印温度测量值外,还具有以下几项功能。 (1)循回温度检测(共128点);(2)单点测量;(3)计算温升曲线的回归方程式;(4)打印温升曲线。 In the machine tool thermal deformation test, we have used the thermocouple to connect with the microcomputer to measure the temperature value, and some progress has been made in the testing technology. However, due to the thermocouple output signal is small, micro-computer print temperature fluctuations, and the thermocouple more difficult to make the test has brought difficulties. Temperature sensors are now used instead of thermocouples, by amplifying and switching lines, the signal into the computer, then the computer print out the temperature value and data processing, the test achieved good results, good repeatability, the error is less than 0.2 ℃. In addition to computer printing temperature measurement, but also has the following features. (1) Recover temperature test (128 points total); (2) Single point measurement; (3) Calculate regression equation of temperature rise curve; (4) Print temperature rise curve.
