国家税务总局最近发出了关于在全国税务系统开展向徐洪刚、詹本方等同志学习活动的通知,要求全系统干部职工立足本职工作,在税制改革工作中再立新功。 1993年8月17日,济南军区某部通讯连班长徐洪刚,在人民群众生命财产受到严重威胁的时刻,面对凶恶的持刀歹徒,不畏强暴,见义勇为。在英雄徐洪刚为保护群众身负重伤、生命垂危的紧急关头,四川省筠连县税务局副局长詹本方、办公室主任陈万兵、驾驶员杨佳义、计会股长练一奇四位同志,挺身而出,尽心竭力,为抢救英雄的生命赢得了宝贵的时间。
