基于福建省宁德市白马河特大桥这一工程实例,介绍“三掺”法设计C60高性能混凝土。文章重点叙述了原材料、配合比参数选择。试验证明,掺入粉煤灰、磨细矿渣和聚羧酸高效减水剂提高了混凝土的密实度,大幅度地提高了混凝土耐久性能。同时,掺合料可以在单位用水量不变的情况下增大混凝土坍落度,还可以保证混凝土坍落度的稳定性。利用“三掺”法设计出的C60高性能混凝土,在白马河特大桥施工应用中,工作性好、强度满足设计要求、耐久性好。
Based on the project example of Baima River Bridge in Ningde, Fujian Province, the C60 high performance concrete is introduced. The article focuses on the raw materials, with the choice of parameters. Tests show that the incorporation of fly ash, ground slag and polycarboxylate superplasticizer to improve the density of concrete, significantly improve the durability of concrete. At the same time, admixture can increase the slump of concrete under the condition of constant unit water consumption, and can also ensure the slump stability of concrete. The C60 high-performance concrete designed by using “three mixed” method has good workability and good strength to meet the design requirements in the construction application of Baima River Bridge, and has good durability.
