东坪水电站机组自投产起即在高、低负荷区存在异常振动和冲击噪声,严重影响到机组安全稳定运行和发电效益,甚至危及到厂房和大坝的安全。为查明异常振动的原因、改善机组运行状态,电厂、试验单位及厂家联合开展了试验研究工作,通过协联优化成功解决了部分负荷的严重振动和冲击噪声,改善了机组的运行,可见协联优化是提高灯泡贯流式水轮机的运行稳定性的有效手段之一。本文简要介绍优化灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组运行稳定性的试验成果,为开展这方面的研究工作提供参考。
Dongping Hydropower Station has experienced abnormal vibration and impact noise in high and low load areas since it was put into production, which has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of power generation units and the power generation benefits, and even endangered the safety of factories and dams. In order to find out the cause of abnormal vibration and improve the operation status of units, pilot research work was carried out jointly by power plants, test units and manufacturers. Severe vibration and impact noise of partial loads were successfully solved through the synergistic optimization and the operation of the unit was improved. United Optimization is one of the effective ways to improve the running stability of bulb tubular turbine. This paper briefly introduces the experimental results of optimizing the operation stability of bulb turbine and provides reference for the research work in this field.
