大中型电力工程采用桩基础的应进行综合试桩。综合试桩需进行桩身内力测试,测试方法的可靠性和监测数据的准确性十分重要。该文介绍了光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)传感器的基本原理及植入预制桩的工艺。研究表明:采用开槽粘贴的植入工艺,光栅传感器的成活率达到了100%,实现了预制桩应变测试,可获得桩身轴力、侧摩阻力及桩身弯矩的分布特征,简化和完善了预制桩的内力测试工作,光栅传感器在预制桩内力测试中的应用是成功的。
Large and medium-sized power engineering using pile foundation should be integrated test pile. The comprehensive test pile needs to carry on the pile internal force test, the reliability of the test method and the accuracy of the monitoring data are very important. This paper introduces the basic principle of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor and the technology of precast piles. The results show that the survival rate of the grating sensor reaches 100% with slotting and gluing technology, and the prestressed pile strain test is achieved. The distribution characteristics of axial force, lateral friction and pile bending moment can be obtained. Simplification and The internal force test of prefabricated piles is perfected, and the application of grating sensors in pre-piles internal force testing is successful.
