目的:建立芦荟胶囊含量测定的不确定度评定方法。方法:采用《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》2003年版的方法测定芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷含量,对HPLC法测定中的各影响因素进行分析。结果:由各分量的相对标准不确定度计算合成标准不确定度,取包含因子k=2(置信概率95%)得出扩展不确定度。结论:在现有条件下使测定结果受控,并可通过分析各分量的相对标准不确定度的大小来优化实验,使测定结果更加可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for assessing the uncertainty of the determination of aloe capsules. Methods: The content of aloin in aloe capsules was determined by the 2003 edition of “Technical Specifications for the Testing and Evaluation of Health Food”, and the influencing factors in the determination of HPLC were analyzed. RESULTS: The composite standard uncertainty was calculated from the relative standard uncertainty of each component, and the extended uncertainty was obtained by taking the inclusion factor k=2 (confidence probability 95%). Conclusion: The measurement results are controlled under the existing conditions, and the experiment can be optimized by analyzing the relative standard uncertainty of each component, so that the measurement result is more reliable.
