采用离子交换法,利用十二烷基硫酸钠(sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)改性铝酸三钙与氯化钙溶液反应生成的钙铝层状双氢氧化物(CaAl-layered double hydroxide,CaAl-LDH)制备了有机CaAl-LDH。通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、红外光谱及热重–差热分析等手段对样品进行表征。采用液相总有机碳测试手段,研究了CaAl-LDH对SDS的吸附动力学和等温吸附效果。最佳的工艺条件为:SDS初始浓度0.4mol/L;振荡反应时间8h。所得的有机CaAl-LDH中有机物的质量分数超过40%。SDS进入CaAl-LDH层间后,未破坏层状结构,其层间距增加,晶体结构完整,晶粒有序度高。
CaAl-layered double hydroxide (CaAl-layered double hydroxide) was synthesized by ion exchange method using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) modified calcium tricalcium phosphate and calcium chloride solution, LDH) prepared organic CaAl-LDH. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and TG-DTA. The adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption of CaAl-LDH on SDS were studied by using liquid total organic carbon test. The optimum conditions were: initial concentration of SDS 0.4mol / L; oscillation reaction time 8h. The obtained organic CaAl-LDH contains more than 40% by mass of organic substances. SDS into CaAl-LDH layer, did not destroy the layered structure, the interlayer spacing increased, the crystal structure is complete, high degree of grain order.
