Results In 2005, the state implemented key regulation and control over real estate. In particular, it used economic levers such as finance and taxation to continue to control investment in real estate development. In the meantime, it focused on curbing demand, especially investment demand, and stabilizing housing prices, and achieved important milestones. (I) Trend of investment growth tends to be reasonable Although the growth rate of investment in real estate development in early 2005 has somewhat dropped, it is still high and has become the expansion of investment in fixed assets in the whole society.
