针对卷制轴套圆度精度分析问题,提出了采用回归分析方法解决轴套卷制后的形状精度评价,得出了粉末层厚度和模具间隙是影响轴套形状精度的主要因素,并通过具体实例做了对比试验,理论模拟结果与实际结果相差为0.025~0.057mm,基本保持一致。
In order to solve the problem of roundness accuracy analysis of roll sleeve, a regression analysis method was proposed to evaluate the shape precision of the sleeve after rolling. It is concluded that the thickness of the powder layer and the die clearance are the main factors affecting the shape accuracy of the sleeve. The examples were compared, the theoretical simulation results and the actual results of the difference between 0.025 ~ 0.057mm, basically the same.
