大凡领导者,都懂得人才的重要,但在实践中往往是用人成功易,容人失败难,使不少人才因一时之败而被埋没,这不能不令人深思。从科学用人观来看,容人之败,化败为功,与用人之功并行不悖,同样有利于英才辈出、事业发达。
