本文提出了镍-硼酸(Ni-B_i)助催化剂负载于α型三氧化二铁(Fe_2O_3)具有提升表面动力学和钝化表面态的双重作用。Ni-B_i助剂的负载使Fe_2O_3光电阳极的光电流起始电位产生230 mV的负移,1.23 V(vs.RHE)下的光电流密度也提升了2.3倍。Ni-B_i助剂层中的B_i促进了产氧反应的脱质子步骤。
In this paper, the dual role of nickel-boric acid (Ni-B_i) cocatalyst supported on alpha ferric oxide (Fe_2O_3) in promoting surface kinetics and passivated surface states has been proposed. The load of Ni-B_i additive makes the photocurrent initial potential of Fe_2O_3 photoanode produce a negative shift of 230 mV, and the photocurrent density at 1.23 V (vs. RHE) also increases by 2.3 times. B_i in the Ni-B_i promoter layer promotes deprotonation of the oxygen-producing reaction.
