新媒体时代下,传统媒体行业转型发展已经成为一种趋势。在众多媒体中,报刊走在了转型的前端,学术期刊却远远落后。自2012年新闻出版总署发布《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》以来,学术期刊的转型已经成为定局,转型的具体方向是从高校转向大众,进行市场化发展。由于学术期刊在内容和性质上的独特性,其市场化发展已经成为业界的关注焦点。
Under the new media age, the transformation and development of the traditional media industry has become a trend. In many media, newspapers are at the forefront of transformation, but academic journals are far behind. Since the General Administration of Press and Publication promulgated Measures for the Reform of the Editorial System of Newspapers and Periodicals in 2012, the transformation of academic journals has become a foregone conclusion. The specific direction of the transition is from colleges and universities to the general public for market-oriented development. Due to the unique content and nature of academic journals, the development of marketization has become the focus of the industry.
