教师职业认同对教师的日常教学起着重要的作用。本研究在对过去文献研究的基础上,对郑州市多所中学的初中初任数学教师的职业认同水平进行了研究,被试的职业认同水平总体较高,并对教师职业认同和其影响因素进行了相关研究和回归分析。
