在中国传统哲学中 ,我们的先哲依据当时社会发展的需要和自己心目中关于理想人格的向往 ,提出了各具特色的理想人格理论。实质上 ,中国传统的理想人格是一种道德人格 ,是一种来之于外 ,“内得于己“、又见之于外的独特实践精神 ,是某一特定的道德原则规范的结晶和完美典型 ,是某种道德理想所认定的各种善的集合。其主要内涵是 :高尚的德性与良好的德行的统一 ,亦即知、情、意的统一与真、善、美的统一 ;内在的德性与外在的表现的统一。理想人格作为道德理想的体现 ,构成了人的价值目标 ,而人的价值目标的实现总是与人性问题联系在一起。与性善说相联系的善性的自我实现、与性恶说相联系的改造本然之性、重视审美活动的作用等 ,都是中国先哲提出的培养理想人格的途径。并就成就理想人格过程中的一系列重要问题 ,如群与己的关系、义与利的关系、理与欲的关系作了深刻的论述。上述理论虽然有着历史的局限性 ,但对我们今天培养理想人格仍具有重大的借鉴意义 In Chinese traditional philosophy, our philosophers put forward distinctive and ideal personality theories based on the needs of social development and the longing for their own ideal personality at that time. In essence, the traditional Chinese ideal personality is a kind of moral personality. It is a kind of unique practical spirit that comes from the outside, from the inside to the bottom and from the outside, and is the crystallization of the norms of a particular moral principle. Perfectionism is the kind of goodness identified by some moral ideal. Its main connotation is: the unity of noble morality and good virtue, that is, the unification of truth, kindness and beauty and the unification of truth, kindness and beauty; and the unification of intrinsic virtue and external expression. Ideal personality, as a manifestation of moral ideal, constitutes the value goal of human being, and the realization of the goal of human value is always associated with humanity. The self-actualization of goodness associated with sexual goodness, the nature of transformational nature associated with sexuality and evil, and the role of aesthetic activities are all ways that Chinese sages have put forward to develop an ideal personality. And made a profound exposition of a series of important issues in the process of achieving ideal personality, such as the relationship between group and oneself, the relationship between justice and interest, and the relationship between reason and desire. Although the above theories have historical limitations, they still have a great reference value for us to cultivate ideal personality today
