摩罗丹是以茵陈、内金等中草药组成的复方制剂。有丸剂和口服液两种剂型。其中丸剂在临床试用中,主要用于治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,有一定疗效。口服液是厂方研制的最新剂型,尚未广泛应用。本文从病理角度出发,研究摩罗丹对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的影响。材料和方法实验性慢性胃炎动物模型的制备。取Wistar大鼠的胃粘膜,制备成生理盐水匀浆液,与完全福氏佐剂(自制)以1:1比例配成乳剂。皮下注射0.5ml进行免疫,隔十四天,再以相同剂量
