在常任微波辐照下合成了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚苯乙烯(PSt)均分散纳米粒子·体系中来加表面活性剂.与常法相比,反应时间大为缩短.比较PMMA与PSt的粒子形成速度,前者明显大于后者.这可能与MMA对微波的吸收较强有关.在引发剂浓度一定的条件下,做球的体积与单体的浓度呈线性关系,即粒子数不随单体的浓度而变化.这一规律性说明了微波辐照有利于一次性成核,这也是微波能制备单分散体系的原因所在.
Under constant microwave irradiation, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and polystyrene (PSt) were both dispersed in the system and surfactants were added to the system. Compared with the normal method, the reaction time is greatly reduced. Comparing the particle formation speed of PMMA and PSt, the former is obviously larger than the latter. This may be MMA microwave absorption stronger. Under the condition of certain initiator concentration, the volume of the ball is linear with the monomer concentration, that is, the particle number does not change with the monomer concentration. This regularity shows that microwave irradiation favors one-time nucleation, which is why microwaves can be prepared as monodisperse systems.
