中国是世界文明古国之一,有着源远流长的历史文化。世界各地的旅游爱好者受中国的人文历史、民族风情的影响而愿一睹风采。旅游业作为我国经济的主要支柱,涉外导游以及旅游业的管理人员都极具匮乏,作为专业的旅游英语人才,未来将有广阔的前景。而酒店业在旅游业的包含之中,酒店服务行业也变得越来越国际化,不可避免的会与外国人打交道,英语是国际通用语言,所以对于酒店的从业者来说是必备的一项技能。本文主要分析了旅游业和酒店业的发展现状及英语对其所产生的影响。
