从社会科学的话语垄断,到既得利益的规制垄断,从学术理论与实践规律的不断变迁,到制度习惯与文化价值的复杂自洽,决策咨询研究之路,注定是一条充满荆棘的道路。作为决策咨询研究的基层工作者,我们遭遇过“似是而非”的嘲讽,也经历过“无所适从”的彷徨。究竟我们所面临的是什么样的决策需求?这些需求对于个人又意味着怎样的困难?不辱使命的服务精神、勇攀高峰的创新精神、求真务实的科学精神、争先创优的奉献精神、精诚协作的团队精神——这五种精神,既是决策研究整体价值的选择,也应当成为每个从业者的道义自许。就此,谈一点个人杂感。
