一、工业用地出让现状及趋势何谓工业用地,按照《全国土地分类(试行)》的规定,工业用地是指工业生产及相应附属设施用地,属于建设用地的一种。由于工业用地的出让牵涉到各个具体项目的产业类别、环保标准、投资规模等因素,一直以来被各地政府当作非经营性用地以协议方式出让,而这一方式也一直为业内诟病。
I. Current status and trend of industrial land transfer What is industrial land? According to the provisions of “National Land Classification (Trial)”, industrial land refers to land for industrial production and corresponding ancillary facilities and belongs to a kind of construction land. Since the transfer of industrial land involves various types of industrial projects, environmental standards and investment scale of various projects, it has always been used by all local governments as non-commercial land by agreement, and this approach has been criticized by the industry.
