实验性免疫抑制动物模型的稳定性探讨

在同等条件下,分别以常规剂量的氢化考的松(HY)和环磷酰胺(CY)复制免疫抑制动物模型,结果发现:HY模型的各项免疫指标均处于高度抑制状态;CY模型在IL2的产生水平上处于高度抑制状态,在巨噬细胞吞噬率和血清溶菌酶含量方面呈明显抑制作用,但程度上低于HY模型,然而在巨噬细胞吞噬指数和IL1产生水平上未呈现明显抑制作用;结果提示:用HY可复制出稳定、典型较为理想的免抑制动物模型.而从造模思路上考虑,把CY作为免疫抑制动物模型的诱导剂应做更深入的探讨. Under the same conditions, the immunosuppressive animal model was replicated with routine dose of hydrocodone (HY) and cyclophosphamide (CY) respectively. The results showed that all the immunological parameters of HY model were highly inhibited;  2 production levels in a highly inhibited state, phagocytic rate of macrophages and serum lysozyme content was significantly inhibited, but to a lesser degree HY model, however, macrophage phagocytic index and IL 1 production level No significant inhibition was observed. The results suggest that stable and typical inhibitor-free animal model can be replicated with HY. However, from the thinking of modeling, CY as an inducer of immunosuppressive animal model should be more in-depth discussion.
