由于宏观经济向好,在房地产市场处于鼎盛时期的前几年,大户型住宅一度热销。很多发展商为了向“舒适型”、“享受型”住宅看齐,其户型比例也以大户型为主。但时至今日,大户型开始受冷落,中小户型却异军突起。其原因是家庭的规模、收入、结构、抉择无不发生较大变化。
As the macroeconomic improvement, in the real estate market in its heyday a few years ago, large-size apartment was selling. Many developers in order to “comfortable ”, “enjoyment ” residential par, the proportion of large-sized apartment units also dominated. However, up to now, large units began to be neglected, small but medium-sized units have emerged as a unique force.
