今年4月份以来,泰顺县先后实施了文化体制改革和行政事业单位人员管理改革,在短短的4个月中进行了两次大改革,广播电视台全体职工的思想异常活跃。从总体看,大多数干部职工对改革是拥护的,但涉及到具体问题,会产生种种复杂的矛盾和思想问题,需要正确引导和解决。一.改革中干部职工的思想状况 1,安于现状,缺乏竞争意识。
