Photorespiration and photosynthesis are the physiological processes that accompany the storage of plants. Since the former belongs to carbon reduction in terms of carbon metabolism and the latter belongs to carbon oxidation, it is often regarded as one of the main factors that determine the photosynthetic efficiency (net production of photosynthetic primary production) of both plants. According to the relationship between the two is bound to be able to reason: reduce or eliminate light breathing is an important way to improve photosynthetic efficiency. To this view, since the 1960s, although there have been many experimental studies conducted by scholars at home and abroad, there are still many major differences so far.
