易切钢中铅含量一般为0.10~0.35%。对铅含量的测定,采用化学分析法,操作复杂;采用极谱法,原子吸收光谱法,一般中小型工厂目前尚无条件。我们设想,用看谱镜作看谱定性分析,把铅含量控制在0.10~0.35%范围以内,即可满足生产需要。我们参考了铜合金中测铅的分光标志,采用火花光源,由于铅4057.82(?)、5005.43(?)和5201.4(?)线分别受到锰4057.95(?)线、铁5006.1(?)、5202.34(?)线干扰,故采用了铅线5608.8(?),取得了满意效果,结果与原子吸收光谱法一致。
