对于酸敏储层和裸眼完井的井,不能采用酸化和射孔方法清除滤饼和消除固相损害。利用改进的岩心流动仪,对两种现场钻井完井液体系进行了岩心污染与解堵实验,并对比评价了不同类型的氧化型解堵液和酸化液的腐蚀性。实验结果表明,正电胶海水钻井液具有较好的保护储层性能;氧化型解堵液的解堵效果明显优于非氧化型解堵液;氧化型解堵液适合于解除聚合物铵盐海水钻井液固相损害,而且对金属设备的腐蚀性小,可以进行现场作业。
For acid-sensitive reservoirs and open-hole wells, acidification and perforation methods can not be used to remove the filter cake and eliminate solid-phase damage. Based on the improved core flow meter, two kinds of drilling fluid and completion fluid system were tested for core pollution and plugging, and the corrosiveness of different types of oxidative plugging fluid and acidizing fluid was evaluated. The experimental results show that the positive glue seawater drilling fluid has better performance of reservoir protection; the plugging effect of the oxidative solution plugging solution is obviously better than the non-oxidative plugging solution; the oxidative plugging solution is suitable for releasing the polymer ammonium salt Sea water drilling fluid solid damage, but also less corrosive metal equipment, on-site operations.
