目的探讨提高医学实验室质量控制的方法。方法从取样工作、分析方法及测试手段、检测程序等方面对提高实验室质量控制的方法进行了分析。结果取样时要保证样本的数量及均匀性和稳定性;分析方法及测试手段要具有可靠性;分析检测应从检测前、检测中、检测后3个方面实施质量控制。结论对分析检测的质量控制是保证实验数据准确无误的重要手段。
Objective To explore ways to improve quality control in medical laboratories. Methods The methods for improving the quality control of the laboratory were analyzed from the aspects of sampling work, analysis methods, test methods, and testing procedures. Results The number and homogeneity and stability of the samples should be guaranteed when sampling; the analytical methods and test methods must be reliable; the quality control should be carried out before, during, and after the tests. Conclusion The quality control of analysis and detection is an important method to ensure the accuracy of experimental data.
