近日,国家卫生计生委公布《医师执业注册管理办法》,提出建立区域注册制度,改进医师执业注册管理。执业医师的注册地点为省级行政区划,执业助理医师的注册地点为县级行政区划,实现“一次注册、区域有效”。医师在医疗、预防、保健机构执业以合同(协议)为依据,确定一家主要执业机构进行注册,其他执业机构进行备案,执业机构数量不受限制。酝酿多年的医师执业新规终于出台,对于其中的突破创新,各方人士如何看?
